The cost to rent Villa Son Mar is available upon request and is much depending on the length of your stay.  It is always negotiated excluding the agents commission of 15%. The damage deposit is 2.000,- EUR regardless of the length of your stay. The deposit will be transferred back to your account once your stay is over, and the state of the villa has been signed off by your rental agent. The rental fee includes maidservice daily monday to friday, weekly pool and garden maintainance as well as electricity and water up to 100,- EUR per week. Should you use more, which is highly unlikely, it will be deducted from your damage deposit with 0,15 EUR per kWh of electricity and EUR 2,50 per m3 of water. Phone is not included. Access to the garage and the wine cellar is not included in the rent, but can be negotiated separately.

The agent will upon your reservation ask you to sign and return a binding rental agreement. (see Documentation ) Once this has been done, and once the rental fee and the damage deposit along with the agents commission has been paid in full, the reserved period will be taken off the market. The full amount is payable immediately upon signing the rental agreement.

Upon your arrival  the agent will meet with you and show you around the Villa and hand over two full sets of keys as well as the alarm code. At this point, you will also be asked to sign off the state of the villa including water and electricity meter readings. During your stay, you can always get in touch with your rental agent should you encounter any sort of problem. You can also get in direct touch with the owners of Villa Son Mar through the maid.

Before your stay comes to an end you are requested to contact  your rental agent and make an appointment for the day of your departure.  Your rental agent will meet you in the house and you will return the keys. At this point, the agent will inspect the house and sign off its state. Again, the meter readings for electricity and water will be noted. Any inventory differencies and/or damages will be deducted from your damage deposit before it is being transferred back to you.
